Our Story

We built this for
ourselves first.

NafisHR came out of absolute frustration. We built it to solve the specific operational chaos of running our own agency, then watched other agencies ask to use it.

Specific Kind of Chaos

Running an agency is intense. You're managing ten client projects, three account managers, a handful of contractors, and somehow still finding time to answer "can you send me a status update?" twice a day.

The exhaustion of scaling a service-based business.

We Tried the Alternatives

We tried Monday.com. We tried ClickUp. We duct-taped invoicing tools and Google Drive together and called it a system. It wasn't a system. It was exhausting. The problem wasn't that the tools were bad — it was that none of them were built for how agencies actually run.

Clients need visibility, managers need accountability, and billing needs to be tied to actual work.
What We Think

A few things we've decided
are true.

These beliefs shape every feature we build, every policy we create, and the way we price our platform.

01

Per-seat pricing punishes growth.

You shouldn't have to decide whether a new hire is "worth" the extra $20/month. NafisHR charges flat per workspace. Hire the person. Don't do math about it.

02

Clients deserve real visibility.

A PDF report emailed every Friday is not a client portal. Clients should be able to log in, see what's happening, approve deliverables, and download invoices — without pinging you first. That's what we built.

03

Setup should take 30 minutes, not 30 days.

We've seen agencies spend two weeks "onboarding" a project management tool before doing any actual work in it. NafisHR is live in under half an hour. No implementation call required.

04

Your tool shouldn't have its own branding all over your client's screen.

When your client logs in, they should see your agency's name and logo — not ours. White-labeling isn't a premium add-on. It's just the right default.

05

Work moves faster when people only see what they need.

A junior designer doesn't need access to client billing. A branch manager shouldn't see another office's pipeline. Role-based access isn't about distrust — it's about keeping everyone's work surface clean and clear.

One tab.
Your whole agency.

Stop paying for four tools to do the job one should. NafisHR is built for agencies that want to spend less time on admin and more time on the work.
